spiritual care

Beginning Spring 2026, I’m excited to be pursuing a longtime goal of chaplaincy training through Yangti Yoga Clinical Pastoral Education. A component of the training includes providing spiritual care under supervision. As part of my commitment to community care and to fill my CPE requirement, I am opening space to work with a handful of clients on an ongoing basis between June-August. This work is being offered on a sliding scale basis.

While chaplaincy is new to me, I have nearly 30 years of experience working with mind-body medicine, two decades of practice in integrative mental health, and a decade of experience working professionally in psychedelic-assisted therapy and training over 400 facilitators. I’m an End of Life Doula and have worked as a hospice volunteer, a caregiver for elderly clients, and have supported many individuals and their families through death and dying.

My work is grounded in relational decolonial praxis, parts-work (beyond Internal Family Systems), somatics (generative somatics, polyvagal theory), Vajrayana Buddhism (refuge member of Lama Rod Owens’ sangha), Hellenistic astrology, and curanderismo.

Mentorship and spiritual care work would be ideal for:

* People seeking support and guided spiritual practice to navigate the turbulent times we are living in
* People in recovery seeking non-judgmental unconditional positive regard and gentle accountability
* Psychedelic facilitators seeking mentorship and supervision
* People living with chronic illness, disability, terminal diagnoses, and/or facing end of life
* People healing from generational trauma seeking to reconnect to ancestral practice
* People moving through grief seeking a loving, gentle, supportive container for their process
* Healers, caregivers, and activists experiencing burnout who are in need of emotional and spiritual nourishment to replenish themselves
