I consult with organizations and institutions to provide crucial feedback and counsel on how to bring your actions more in line with your values on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI). This work includes providing an analysis of the workings of power and privilege within your organization, offering tools and resources for inquiry and growth for every level of learning, and supporting you with constructive, practical recommendations for building cohesion and integrity.

The lineages of training and practice that inform my approach include Healing Justice, emergent strategy, and decolonial scholarship. I work from a trauma-informed lens, using an intersectional feminist framework and bringing awareness of neurobiological foundations in social engagement (Polyvagal Theory, generative somatics).
Consultation with your organization is tailored to your needs and the compensation package can be negotiated. My typical hourly rate for consultation with organizations is between $200-300.
